If anyone out there is still in doubt of the fishing in October and November, let this video put that all to rest. This was from yesterday the 9th. The fishing was as good as it gets. We fished mostly streamers and landed around 100 fish. The biggest was 23 inches and we had several 18 to 20 inchers. It was a little cool in the morning. We had to wear hats and gloves, but by 11:00 it was warm enough that we were shedding layers and never had to add any clothing the rest of the day. There were no other fisherman on the river with us. It was just great. We are heading out again on Wednesday and I will be sure and video and update you all on the fishing. We are going to try a different float and hopefully find some real pigs. I can’t wait.
