South Fork fly fishing is red hot.

The big boys are out on the South Fork of the Snake.  Both these monsters ate dry flies.  The river is alive with not only big trout, but lots of fish too.

  1. Some monster cutties in those photos! We like to travel each year in May for a guys weekend getaway and have been going to the Bighorn the last few years. How is the South Fork for those big cuts in mid May? Do they eat dries then?

Fishing on the South Fork is good in mid May on nymphs and streamers. You can get some on midge patterns too.
